Overview

Electric vibrating screen unit manufactured or supplied by Equipment & Machinery Sales Pty Ltd, mounted on a fabricated steel stand. The unit features a dual-layer perforated screen deck with a larger-hole upper screen and a finer perforated lower screen, driven by a 3-phase induction motor with eccentric vibration mechanism. Fitted with a 3-phase industrial plug and power lead. The screen tray is supported on rubber vibration mounts and connected via linkage arms at each end. A discharge chute is located at one end of the tray.

Condition Notes

Used unit with signs of heavy prior use. Significant dust and material residue build-up is visible across the screen deck, motor housing, stand and vibration mechanism. The orange paintwork shows chipping, scratching and surface corrosion in multiple areas, particularly on the stand legs, linkage arms and around the discharge end. The upper perforated screen plate shows wear with several holes that appear elongated or distorted. The rubber vibration mounts are coated in dust and residue. The motor plate is partially legible under dust. The 3-phase plug shows heavy dust accumulation. The steel stand has surface rust on the feet and lower frame members. Untested.
