Condition Notes
Used condition consistent with an industrial workshop environment. Significant paint peeling and flaking across the column and jib arm, exposing bare steel and primer beneath. Surface corrosion and oxidation visible on the base plate and gusset fins. The base plate is bolted to the concrete floor with multiple anchor bolts visible. The electric chain hoist shows general wear with accumulated grime and oil residue on the motor housing and chain mechanism. The Piso System wireless remote receiver is mounted on the column and appears intact with indicator labels for PWR, OP, DATA and RF clearly legible. The wireless handset is present, hanging from the column on a chain, with directional control buttons and an emergency stop button visible. Two rotary electrical isolator switches are mounted on the column. Wiring and cabling run along the column and arm. The hoist trolley and beam rail appear intact. Buyer should note this crane is fixed to the floor and will require disconnection, unbolting and appropriate lifting equipment for removal.
