* The rear of the unit and the underside of the splashback show heavy surface corrosion and rust, particularly along the lower edge of the splashback and the rear panel of the bowl housing.
* The rear legs and rear cross-bracing show corrosion and discolouration.
* Plumbing hoses are visible hanging beneath the unit at the rear, showing corrosion and wear.
* The front and top surfaces of the sink bowl and rim are in reasonable condition with general surface marks.
* Weld seams are visible along the splashback join and bowl edges.
* Some residue and minor staining visible inside the bowl near the drain area.
