The bottle displays the characteristic appearance of a well-aged wine from this era. The wine level sits in the mid-shoulder position, indicating natural evaporation consistent with three decades of storage. The capsule shows age-appropriate patina and wear. The label remains legible with visible tannin staining on the lower portion, typical of mature wines stored horizontally.Visual CharacteristicsThe wine exhibits a deep amber-bronze hue with secondary oxidative colouration, consistent with a 30+ year old Chardonnay. The meniscus shows the browning typical of aged white wines. Sediment may be present given the vintage and storage period.
