18ct white gold 11.3mm wide handcrafted band ring with three square faceted sky blue coloured Topaz rim set in individual raised box mounts along the top and enhanced by a total of twenty-four small brilliant cut Diamonds spike sot to the central textured panel that is bordered tổ each side by a polished edge incorporating the slightly tapering base of the shank, stamped 18ct.
