Overview

Antique wind-up cabinet gramophone in a dark-stained timber cabinet with decorative book-matched veneer door panels, cabriole legs and a hinged lid. The upper compartment houses the turntable mechanism with a green felt platter, chrome-finished tonearm and a speed governor. The upper doors open to reveal an internal horn grille with a decorative fretwork panel backed by gathered red-pink fabric. The lower compartment provides record storage. Shellac records and paper sleeves are visible inside the lower compartment.
