Large industrial car kiln comprising a stationary insulated kiln body and a roll-out car (hearth) that travels on steel floor rails. The kiln body is constructed with a green-painted steel frame, black steel cladding on the front and sides, and ceramic fibre and refractory brick insulation throughout. The roll-out car features a refractory hearth surface with a layer of kiln wash or alumina beads visible across the firing deck.

* The hearth surface on the roll-out car shows residue buildup and kiln wash or alumina bead coverage across the full deck
* The upper deck of the kiln body is covered in a layer of dust and debris
* Steel frame paintwork is worn and chipped in multiple areas
* Black steel cladding on the front and sides of the car shows surface wear, heat discolouration and adhesive residue
* The controller panel housing shows surface corrosion and wear but all four digital displays are illuminated and reading
* Electrical conduit runs from the controller panel to the kiln body
* The kiln is situated in a workshop environment against a block wall and corrugated steel wall
