A World War Ii Burma Star Campaign Medal, Issued For Operational Service In The Burma Campaign Between 11Th December 1941 And 2Nd September 1945. The Medal Was Also Awarded For Specific Service In Hong Kong, China, Malaya And Sumatra.

The Obverse Features A Six-Pointed Star With The Royal Cypher Of King George Vi (Gri Vi) Surmounted By A Crown, Encircled By The Inscription The Burma Star. The Medal Is Suspended From A Ribbon With Dark Blue Edges, A Central Red Stripe Flanked By Orange Stripes.

The Medal Is Presented In A Clear Plastic Sleeve With An Accompanying Descriptive Information Card Bearing The Royal Coat Of Arms And Details Of The Campaign Service Period.
